Sum two if both cells contains positve value

This is probably verry simple but i cant get my head around it.

If i want to sum A1+ A2 and A2 containes a negative number i only want to sum A1.

    Like this:

    Example 1
    A1,A2
    3,3

3+3 = 6 (Both cells contains positve number)

    Exampel 2
    A1, A2
    5, -3 = 5 (A2 contains negative number only sum cell A1)

    Best regards

    Petter

If you were going with Richard's type of solution I'd shorten it slightly like this:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

The formula doesn´t work so i changed the , to ; but i get a #name? error with that.

    I attached an exampel:

The formula is in cell P1 and the the cells that i want to sum is K1 + M1

It works for me. It opened with the error showing, but I double clicked on the cell and then pressed enter and it worked fine. P1 in the attached is my original formula and Q1 is my revised formula with Richard's methodology.
