In need of a formula that goes proceeds to the next cell if "IF" criteria is not met.

I am currently working on a sheet (similar to Sample Sheet 2 in the provided sample workbook) that gathers information from another sheet (Similar to Sample Sheet 1 in the provided sample workbook). The information is gathered based on certain criteria, as you will be able to see in the formulas on Sample Sheet 2. At this point, I have figured out how to gather the information, but I would like a formula that eliminates the empty cells between names in Sample Sheet 2. In other words, if the criteria has not been met, rather than show a blank cell, I would like it to show the name of the next cell where the criteria has been met.

    Thanks!

Let me know if there are any questions.

I believe i can do this but which criteria has to be met, all 3 columns or just a select few or just 1 column?

Assuming all 3 columns must be met. Take a look at this and let me know if this works.

Take a look at Sample Sheet 1 and you will see that there are individuals who have not yet been set apart. Sample Sheet 2 is supposed to show the name of those people who have yet to be set apart. The other criteria that needs to be met is provided in the formulas of Sample Sheet 2:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

In other words the names that should display in Sample Sheet 2 should include those who have an "X" in the column under "Called", an "X" in the column under "Confirmed", NO "X" in the column under "Set Apart", and there must exist a name (not a blank) under the column "Name".

Thanks for your help! It is greatly appreciated. Let me know if you have any other questions!

So meet both criteria and have yet to be set apart? If so try this
