Dynamic Price List

Good Morning all,

I have a largeish stock list, with product codes, descriptions, current stock on hand and current price. I export data from MYOB into a .xlsx document.

Is there a way to create a stock list that will look up values in column B, and auto populate the remainder of the row if stock is above 0.

For example, my stock list going out has all my active product codes. I want excel to look at the product code, go to sheet 2 and update the description for that code, the stock for that item and the price.

Are you asking for a set of VLOOKUP formulas? Refer sheet2 in the attached workbook, is this what you need?

Apoologies guys.

I need to clarify. my MYOB import contains all stock codes ever used (due to the fact we cannot delete them). As a result, sheet 2 is 6440 rows where as my stock list ends up less than 700 rows.

I need the formula to reference sheet 2, but only the product codes in sheet one.
