Formula for getting the Real Values

Hi

Can someone help me on this.

There are two tabs i.e., "Data" and "Output" Tabs.

"Data" Tab contains the data and i need know the top 5 Agents name for each Products and percentages in the "Output" tab.

As soon i Select the Products from C1 from "Output" sheet it should display the highest top 5 percentages and their Agent names.

Kindly help me.

When i am placing this into this report it is showing error.

Kindly on this.


Output Percentage from MONTHLY QUALITY DETAILS column "J", Counties from MONTHLY QUALITY DETAILS column "K".

This need to have the percentages in the form of Ascending order.

This should exclude the 0% & 100%.

Hi

Here's another version to overcome instances of two or more Agents who have generated the same percentage of sales for any given product. In such instances, it will extract the name of each Agent concerned. You will also note that I have altered the ranking order of the Agents in the top 5 accordingly (see cells F4 to F8 in first tab). This is to factor in any ties in percentage of sales made by any Agent concerned (ie: ranking of '=2' for two or more Agents in second place, ranking of '=3' for two or more Agents in third place etc, etc).
