Exclude holidays from list but NOT weekends

I need to find the date that is 10 days from my start date, excluding the list of holidays I have on a separate tab, but NOT excluding Saturday and Sunday.

So for example, if the start date is August 27, and Sept 1 is listed as a holiday, I want it to return Sept 7 as the 10th day.

=WORKDAY.INTL(A1,10,"0000000",D1:D10)

A1 = Start Date
D1:D10 is holiday list

where B2 holds start date and C2 holds days to add and _holiday is a named range containing dates to exclude


EDIT: given XL2010 disregard in light of Jonmo1's WORKDAY.INTL... I am officially out of touch jonmo1!
