Sumproduct - summary table.

Hey Mates,

i attached a file...

I have a table which i add "x" signs to a work-plan ("x" means i have to do something there). if i add "done" on row 1 - meaning i finished to work for the whole column).
I have another Column (Total - in blue) in which i want to add "x" sign if something is already done (i don't need to repeat it)
Meaning, if i finished the work - it doesn't matter how many "x" signs i have in each option... as long as i have at least 1 "x" in a column that says "done".

I tried "sumproduct" but it was a bit messy so i approach you good people.

in K3 copy paste below
=IF(INDEX(MMULT(--($B$3:$I$6="X")*($B$1:$I$1="Done"),ROW(INDIRECT("1:8"))^0),ROW(A1))>0,"X","")
then hold control and shift together and then hit enter to make it array formula

or you could also use in K3
=IF(SUMPRODUCT(--(($B3:$I3="X")*($B$1:$I$1="Done")))>0,"X","") then hit enter drag down
