Summing values based on other columns

Hello,

I have 3 columns (see attached worksheet): Days, Months, and Numbers. I'm trying to write a formula that gives me the sum of the numbers in the Number column for all cells for which the entry in the first column is Monday and the entry in the second column is January.

So in my attached sheet, this cell would equal 8 (the sum of C2 & C4).

Can anyone help me out here? I'd really appreciate it!
