    Need help in creating payslips for 25 employees.

    I need help in creating payslips for 25 employees and send it to their emails automatically. I have a salary statement and a sample payslip format. Could any one help me in solving it....pay statement.xlsx.

    Could you please help in auto generating the payslips when I put the data, as I am not so good in pivot and vlookup....I am using excel 2007.

    Hi
    Clarification required
    1) Do u want to generate payslips for all the employees at a time
    2) For instance u required payslip to be generate for individual employed based on Employ id & Month

    The second option is fine with me.. I need to sort with empid and months.....

    1 doubt is Individually if you create still i can send it to their email, am I correct?

    Thanks Punnam,

    Date of Joining can be copied to the main file with the attached file data. No of working days will be always kept as 30 or 31..Days work I will enter manually as it keeps on changing..one doubt, regarding the statement"The date range shoul be fixed in all sheets i.e no extra columns", I could not understand that...Let me also know the format to enter month as when i tried to enter May14 it created a wrong data.....with incentives....

    1) The present range in pay slip is BD2:AD16 , in case of any employ u need to update the data manually by changing number 16 in payslip sheet
    2) The column arrangement should be same in all sheet as below .

    Hi Hraditi,

    I have updated the sheet with DOj & Number of day in month .
    Note
    1) as per my observation the formula in Payslip work fine only for the Month June'14 . If need to work for the rest month
    you have to arrange the columns in the same sequence of June14 .
    2)If u r having staff more than 50 it need some minor changes, i have made it use for 48 users only.

    Few doubts for me..
    1. How to add more employees, any ways it will be below 40 only..

    2. If I need to add another month can I do it on the same sheet or do i need to create a new one...For example for July sal......

    3. If I edit or rearrange the coulmbs in april and may as per June, I will be able to select pay slip for the other months also, Am I correct?

    4. Is their any option in excel only to send a copy of the payslip directly from that file to the staffs email id....

    1) change the range in payslip sheet from 50 to required row
    2) before doing this u have to do rearrange the data in columns u can go with point 3 for u post 10
    4) i am not sure about it i may require simple macros to be happen .

    How about a macro to click & generate payslip in a folder in pdf / excel & also email it to employee from your outlook??
