Merging or Consolidating Contacts

I have a massive list of contacts, many of which have the same names. How do i consolidate these without manually checking them? There are over 4,000. Here is an example of what i want to do.

Ryan| Test| Coordinator| | | OK| |
Ryan| Test| | 234 s West St. | Claremore |OK | 72929-89282 |

To:

Ryan| Test| Coordinator| 234 s West St. | Tulsa | OK| 72929-89282 |


I can remove duplicate names, however, it messes the rest of the list up. There has to be an easier way to do this than manually doing it.

Here is a sheet. As you can see there are multiple of the same entry, however, they don't necessarily have the same info on them. I would like to merge all that info into one contact.

And what results that you need to achieve?, you're explain much in your sample file.

Honestly, either one. But best case scenario I would want to keep all the information.
