If formula -- Conditional Forwarding!!

Meeting with the Board is due in an hour, looking for an if formula for my spreadsheet, wonder if anyone can help me asap please. Trying this from past 2 hours but can't seems to be get it working. Below is what I would like to get it done:

If H2 is YES and D2 is within 6 months of todays' date then answer is WITHIN - (APPLY CONDITIONAL FORMATTING - GREEN). If H2 is YES and D2 is over 6 months of todays' date then answer is OUTSIDE (APPLY CONDITIONAL FORMATTING - RED)
