Summing Unqique cobination of Row entries

Dear Excel Champs

I intend to sum as to how many rows contain "a" and also "b" in two columns of the attached Excel Sheet and also pasted here. Like Row 4,5 are having "a" as well as "b" in the same row, this counts 2. I intend all rows having "a" as well as "b".

Need your expert advice.
