Compare Part Numbers & Quantities Same Workbook Different Cells

I have a project where cells A and B have a part number and a quantity. I want to be able to paste a similar list in cells D and E. What I am trying to find out is if the list in A and B match D and E. If something doesn't match then I would like to highlight the cells in red.

Ive added an example but keep in mind that sometimes the list isn't going to line up. What I mean by that is sometimes A and B list will be longer than D and E and vise versa.

You can use conditional formatting for this purpose.
    Apply the rule
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    to the range $E$1:$E$9
    And apply the

    to the range $D$1:$D$9
    Cheers!

    Or try this......

Select A1:E9 and make a New Rule for conditional formatting using the formula given below and set format as per your choice.

Re: Compare Part Numbers & Quantities Same Workbook Different Cells

So can I make this into a macro somehow. This is going to be used over and over?

Ignore the above question. I see how conditional formatting can help me here. My new question is this.....

The pasted data in columns D and E may not always line up with A and B meaning that the part number list may have an additional part number in between the last correct match and the next part number. What I would like it to do i have the capability to comb thru the D and E and tell me what what isn't in A and B that doesn't match.
    See a newly uploaded example.

Thanks to you all. I am using the example posted by SKTNEER but gave you both some Rep Points.
