Hello,
I need to remove like 500 lines from excel 2010 , but not the whole line, just a part of it.
As i don't know much about excel, and kinda pointless to remove one by one these lines, then i thought perhaps i'll find some help in here.
Pic: The dark area must be removed.

You say remove the dark area.
In all your data the "dark area" is the data from the first occurrence of the slash character / to the end of the line.
So is it correct to say on each line remove data from the first occurrence of the slash character / to the end of the line?
If so use a Helper column and try this:
=RIGHT(A1, LEN(A1)-(FIND("/",A1)+1))
and copy down the column

you may try find & replace
select the range
ctrl+f,
find what /*
replace with none
replace all
