Vacation Schedule Based on Ranking (Seniority)
I would like to streamline my vacation planner. I was toying with the ranking system based on seniority. I have multiple criteria to cover in the ranking process. There are also a finite number of available vacation spots. I enclosed the attachment with the criteria. Thanks for the help.

The curly braces mean that the formula MUST be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of Enter. You can't type in the braces manually.
