Deliminating a text string by using formulas - HELP PLEASE!

Hi All. I am trying to extract data from a text string by using formulas and I am having a bit of difficulty. Attached is the spreadsheet that I need help with and if you are an advance excel user, there is a "tough excel question" tab in the same workbook that i need help with. The directions are on there as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure what you want with the other tab. What makes that cell unique? You can do a simple offset

I was wondering if there was a way that Excel would be able to find the value in the highlighted cell without directly referencing it. Can excel use if formulas to find a color in a cell?

No, not as a standard feature, but you can get vba code that will allow you to do that.

Hey Azumi, i was wondering, how does the Columns formula work in the spreadsheet as I am trying to learn your formulas but this one is throwing me off. What is it looking up?
