Pulling unique list based on items in first column

Hi,

I'm trying to pull summary information from a detailed sheet where I've added multiple fields for each value (e.g. the top table shown below). I've found a way to list out all the unique stages (with one item per list, but now need want to pull out the unique list of deliverables against each stage (e.g. table 2).

I've seen forums on how to pull a unique list against certain criteria, but none of these look at a left hand column to pull a unique list to match against each left hand item.

any thoughts?

I'm actually looking for this to be automatic as need to use this for a large number of toolsets so am looking for a formula to pull the right list through

Does anyone know how this might be possible? I found this article but it doesn't really do what I need (close but it doesn't quite work)

You mean like this one? Using array formula, you need to confirm press CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER button together, and copied down, and pls see the file attach
