Customize Sub-Category drop down on selection of Category

I'm designing a tracking sheet wherein the Sub-Category should populate depending on the Category selected.

For Example: If Category 1 is selected, only Sub-Category 1-3 should be displayed and not any other Sub-Category. So on and so forth

Note: Some Categories do not have Sub-Categories aligned to them. Attaching a example sheet.
