Help with Radio Button or Checkbox

I have this Excel spreadsheet that I was able to get to work the way I want to with Checkboxes, however, now I am thinking I would really like it to only allow the user to click one box/button per row. The way I created it, it allows the user to check multiple boxes in each row.

QUESTION
How can I can keep the formula's/results but make it so the user can only click one option per row.
Can only click in cell D9 or F9 or H9 or J9 or L9., but not more than one in that row.

Repeat the process in rows 10 through 17
