Data report from Excel spreadsheet

I am now using a mobile app which automatically generates a google spreadsheet. I would like to be able to use this information to show where all our labour is based in an up to date way. The table produces information in separate columns; Site Name, Hours, Date worked, Employee Name, Site Code and would be updated automatically everyday. I would like to have an automatic report by using formulas to show a list of labour on each site within the last week (date to be automatic to stay up to date).

For example:

w/ending 10/08/14 Bowerdean 25 Tomasz Williams
Ben Smith
Cloncurry 33 Emma Barber

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Hi Punnam,

The attached timesheet shows how the information arrives onto the spreadsheet and this would get longer and longer as information is entered onto the app. Not sure what you mean by an after sheet? The sheet would not be amended as I would like a separate report which lifts the information from the timesheet to show information for the most recent weekending - Site address and labour names,
