Question Formulas Needed - MIN, AVERAGE, MAX

This seems like a simple task, but I cannot get any formulas to provide the appropriate results.

I need formulas for MIN, AVERAGE, MAX.
    Need to ignore zero-values
Need to ignore columns in between the subject-columns of "Cost".

Array formulas do not appear to work, because there is other unrelated column data between the "Cost" columns that need to be calculated.

    See attached spreadsheet.

    Thank you for the inform.
I didn't realize I was cross-posting, as I actually posited a more expansive question on here and was able to upload an example, unlike on Mr. Excel.com.

    OK, no problem

As per weazel's post at MrExcel, I think an array formula should work just fine, the data in between shouldn't be an issue, e.g.

    =MIN(IF((HeaderRow="Cost")*(IF(DataRange>0),DataRange)

Array formulas need to be confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER so that curly braces like { and } appear around the formula in the formula bar

Re: Formulas Needed - MIN, AVERAGE, MAX

daddylonglegs, I couldn't get this formula to work.
I was able to utilize another formula that did work.
    =SMALL((A2,E2,I2,M2),INDEX(FREQUENCY((A2,E2,I2,M2),0),1)+1)

My main issue now, is to address the AVERAGE NON-ZERO formula.
I though I had it, but many of the results are incorrect.

Re: Formulas Needed - MIN, AVERAGE, MAX

The beauty of using my suggested approach is that it can be applied in exactly the same way with MIN, MAX or AVERAGE - can you give an example of where that doesn't work? Are you confirming with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER?

Yes, I confirmed each with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.
The workbook shows all of the columns with formulas.
