Extracting from text

Hi again,

Another text string searching question. My data has cells that contain multiple entries (e.g. hair by A, makeup by B and nails by C). I want to search through the text and extract who did the hair, makeup and nails. I tried using a mid() function with find() to start the extraction after 'hair by' for the hair column, 'makeup by' for the makeup column etc. but I don't know how many positions to extract. Example attached....
