Transpose large amounts of data. Several fields. Varying quantities. Some Null values.

Can anyone help me with this problem? I have a very large data file which has 92 cases but the data for each case (subject) is spread over several rows. I want to transpose the data so that there is only one case per row. However, there are several fields per case and each one has a different amount of data in it (anything from 6 populated fields to 42). I am probably not explaining my self very well so I have attached a sample data file. Sheet 1 has an example of one of the 92 cases. I want to restructure the data so that it looks like that presented on sheet 2. This will involve deleting the duplicated AdjustedRT.Four, AdjustedRT.Five, AdjustedRT.Six, AdjustedRT.Seven fields (leaving only one of each for the case) and removing null values in the other fields (e.g. OneSpan.RT....up to SevenSpan.RT). I would be really grateful if anyone can help me out.
