    Arrow Excel Worksheet consolodation

I have attached an example of a spreadsheet. In this sheet I have several pieces of data I need to sort once I have imputed all the data.
I need to break out the Studs by diameter and height and add them all together.
Then I need to sort all the rails not only by length, but each stud diameter get a different size rail. So, I need to sort all rails by stud diameter and length and add them up.
Right now I am using a mix of consolidate commands to accomplish this and manually trying to sort the sizes. It is a lot of copy/paste work I am hoping someone with more knowledge of formulas might be able to help.
I would like to populate all the sorted and combined data in a chart under the summary breakdown.
I have found formula's and shortcuts that will do one or two pieces of data together, but not when I have this many variables across more than two columns.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    EXAMPLE.xls

I have attached a manual output for what I am looking for as well as notes to show what the final output I am looking for.
Since I am not really a VBA guy, I am limited to the built in formula system of Excel.
Which is kind of frustrating when trying to do something that has more than one variable.
Again, any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you.
