Need to edit how text output is displayed.

I have this formula:

=SUBSTITUTE(TRIM(INT(N13+(O13/12))&TEXT(ROUND(192*MOD(N13+(O13/12),1),0)/16,"' 0-?/??")&"""")," ""","""")

that returns this: 98' 2-15/16"

I need to edit the formula to have it return like this: 98'-2 15/16"

just moving the dash
