Conditional format Date/time that is 16 hours greater or Less

    Hello,
I need to highlight rows on the condition they are 16 hours greater than the current date/time or less. I would like to use the conditional formatting in Excel but the formula seems to be my biggest trouble. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This doesnt seem to be working. If the current date/time + 16 hours is less than the date/time in A and B, color the row. Is there a different formula that would work for this?

=AND(($A1+$B1)>=NOW()-0.6667,($A1+$B1)<=NOW()+0.6667) try this with conditional formatting
