Get the data from one sheet to other sheet using data validation (Drop down list)

Hi

I have two sheets in an excel workbook… I want to use dropdown with the names of the two sheets.
When selected one sheet, I want the data and graphs of the sheet needs to be displayed in the main sheet.

Tab Names
Main Sheet: Overall
Sheet1: Daily Needs
Sheet2: Baked

Could someone help me one this please

This is great BSB... what if I need to add another sheet to the main sheet..... how I do it..

I presume you mean add another sheet and have the data & graphs change to that based on the drop down?

If so, add the sheet, add the exact sheet name to the drop down list and it will work as it is.

That worked well.... I have one more question.... I have in consistant columns in new sheets... so that data is pulled only for the first 5 lines...
Any idea how it can be solved

Hard to know exactly what you mean without seeing the actual workbook.
