problem with using if error in income statement

I have a sheet for trial balance, from trial balance, I take the exp to analysis sheet and from there I take it to final Income statement sheet

Here I have all the exclusive accounts, so I can use if error index to bring exp from trial balance one sheet to other

However I face an issue, where I need to to do the subtotal for expenses and put the final expenses there
As I cant because if error(index will return unique value), so I have to sum manually, thats very taxing.

For example card transactions charges

I need to take the total account manually and put the total using sum

I want to have conformity in terms of carrying data from one sheet to another, So I need to only update trial balance and rest of the data will be updated automatically

Is some uniform method is possible
