Populate spreadsheet based on choice of data validation list

Hello All,

I attached a very clean spreadsheet with three tabs: the first tab is the summary sheet where I want the data to populate based on selection from data validation list.

If you extremely smart people can please help me with this formula, it would be greatly appreciated!

It uses a Match with an offset

Thanks Mehmetcik - it almost works! The first line populates, but I need all of the rows to populate with the information. When I fill the formulas down it gives me the "#N/A" error. This is a start though!!!
