Dear All,

Hello, I am new to Excel, but have hands on some formulas as IF Function, VLOOKUP & Data Validation.

Now i am managing my company's stock (inventory) in Excel.

There are so many parts used for one Product. For e.g. Product is Electric Motor and Parts are Motor Body, Rotor, Winding, Cover etc.

I want that if I deduct 1 (One) Electric Motor all other parts viz - Motor Body, Rotor, Winding, Cover will be deduction itself.

It will be a great HELP, so KIND REQUEST TO PLS SUGGEST something.

If you are holding relationships, you might be better using a relational database such as MS Access. While Excel is great for manipulating data, you might need something more robust to hold critical data such as stock levels. In Excel, it is very easy to accidentally corrupt data.
