    to find average with multiple avg range list ( more then 1 avg range)

    Hi All,

    I want to use averageif function with using more then 1 average range (total 10 average range) like below averageif for agent 1 on their 10 calls

    Agent Name Call 1 Call 2 Call 3 Call 4 Call 5 Call 6 Call 7 Call 8 Call 9 Call 10 Average
    Agent 1 87 80 90 100 100 83 50 73 89 90
    Agent 2 90 90 90 100 100 81 85 85 90 100
    Agent 3 90 80 90 90 90 0 100 85 90 100
    Agent 4 50 90 92 90 80 95 75 85 90 100
    Agent 5 90 90 86 90 90 100 89 85 85 100
    Agent 6 100 85 0 85 85 90 95 90 85 90

    Given that array of data, what were you hoping for the criteria of your AVERAGEIF? And what is the desired answer if you had the formula you wanted?

    In the average function can I use criteria as "agent1" in first average?

    There is only one "agent1"
    That is why you don't need the criteria.
