Selecting a vallue from multiple cells based on a set of criteria

Hi,
I need a formula that is based on the following :-
If cell A1 is >100%, cell A2 is >= 100%, cell A3 is >= 100%, then we take the value as it is in cell A1. If any of the other cells, A2 and/or A3 is< 100%, then cell A1 is capped at 100%
