Moving YTD Formula Based on drop down list month selection

    Talking Moving YTD Formula Based on drop down list month selection

    Hello,

    I am trying to set up a report which has a monthly total but also a Year to date position depending on which Month the person selects. I have Jan-July data but cant work out how a produce a furmula that will total say JAN-April if they select "April" or Jan-July if they select "July" month.

    This is part of the report

    January February March April May June July YTD Total
    July - This is the drop down month

    Payroll Costs
    Salaries 35,633 35,810 85,563 43,124 45,289 443 53,744
    Employers NI 3,572 3,654 10,393 4,243 4,658 - -
    Pension 3,330 3,345 3,303 3,465 3,723 - -
    Other Benefits 620 491 5,629 570 587 292 419

    This regular formula begins the calculation of conditional YTD totals, based on the selected month
