Permutations for 4 numbers

I have 4 different numbers for example 1234. It has 24 permutations… 1234, 4321, 2143 etc etc

How can I show all 24 in my excel spreadsheet given any 4 numbers?

I suggest you Google around. This is a well-known problem, and there are lots of solutions out there
