Unhappy Sort and display by catagory using formulas (ignore zeros)

    Good Afternoon Excel Guru's

I apparently ran into a brick wall and it hurt . So my problem is I cannot figure out a way to have a vlookup look at a cell, then if it is blank move to the next cell. That being said, I am also trying to not leave gaps if the cell is 0(zero).

Please help. I have attached an example file. Thanks.

Hi there, I am not pretty much sure if this can be achieved by just formulae.. but it certainly can be done using Macros that I would personally prefer. Let me know if you'd like to give it a try..

Why isn't Grandpa's Fuel Surcharge of 300 (Cell D6) included in your example of how it should look?

@codeslizer - At this point I am willing to give it a try. I do not know much about macros but at some point and time, I will have to learn it. I came a long way from just formulas lol

hoyasaxa215 - I just left it out, but yes it should be in there.

    Thanks
