color coding based on color in another cell

Can i color code cells F5:F25 based on their corresponding conditional format color in cells A5:A25? If so, how? Basically, if A5 was marked Critical, thus color coded Red, I want cell F5 to show as Red. However, if A5 was marked ontrack and thus color coded Green, then F5 should be green. Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately, conditional formatting colors can't be accessed.

Try using similar conditional formatting formulas on F5:F25 (based on the values in A5:A25). If you are still having problems, please upload a sample workbook.
