Counting the number of times a cell is duplicated

I have a very large data base of properties in my county that has all the details of each property including the owners address. I want to be able to count how many times the same address shows up in a certain column and put that number into another column. How do I do that? See example below

But I only want to keep any that are 5 or more. I want to automatically delete any rows below 5. How do I do that?

Assuming the addresses are in column A try this:

Drag it down to the end of your data.

In the column you have just created, filter on numbers less than 5 and delete those rows. Once you unfilter you will only have those with 5 or more.

THE COUNT formula worked great. Thanks. But is there a way to program it to delete the rows that is not 5 or more. There is alot of rows to do it manually.

Also I want to be able to put two blank rows between the different addresses after I do the above work. How do I do that?

There is no necessary of using the word "Sense" if the solution is not irrelevant to your question , you can inform me the same stating it was not helpful/Not matching/Not clear or something else.or still you can ask for explanation.
It was an accident i have just misread your question .
My solution will helps you remove the duplicate rows in your data.

The data filter option described by gak67 is far from manual... But.

Punnam may have mis-read your post - I think (from what you've said) that you want to keep the 5+ duplicates, not discard them. Most users want to get a unique list - not a list of duplicates....Is this any closer to what you want? Obviously, this can be adapted to return the duplicate values on another sheet.
