conditional formatting for a percent column

    Hi,

I am doing a sheet that needs a conditional formatting for a percent column.

    I have one column.......List Price
    Second column............Sell Price
    Third column...............% of list price

    Example:

    A B C

1 List Price Selling Price Percent of List

    2 725,000 645,250 89.0%

    3 219,000 215,000 98.2%

    4 285,700 300,000 105.0%

I need to format this so that if the % in Col C is higher than 98% it will apply a yellow fill to that cell.

    Thanks.

    So what have you tried?

    How about
    =C1>98%

    and applied to column C
