Sum between 2 cell references

Hi all.

I have a spreadsheet which needs to sum values as follo

F3 to U3 contains week number.

F2 to U2 contains date of monday for each week in row 3

F1 contains start date and G1 contains end date.

I would like to sum all values in F4 to U4 between the start date (F1) and end date (G1) compared to dates in row 2.

Hope this is achievable and that the image has attached.

Any help is much appreciated

This was my answer:-

=SUMIFS(F4:U4,F2:U2,">="&F1,F2:U2,"<="&G1)

I've solved one problem but I would like this Statement to only sum the negative numbers in the row F4 to U4 as this shows a stock deficiency.

Any further ideas more than welcomed?
