Simple Conditional Formating Help Required for the latest date.

    Hello Friends

Please find the attached MS Excel 2007 Version file <Simple Conditional Formating Help Required.xlsx>

In Sheet 1 every day the values are plotted by the formula, datas taken from another sheet.
Now I want to highlight the entire row (Row # 83) in Light yellow by Conditional Formatting.
Every day if I entered the value in another sheet, then the latest date & datas are populated in next row.

    How to do this ?

    thanks in advance

    =$B1=MAX($B:$B)

for 2007 or 2010 excel version
    Conditional Formatting

    Highlight applicable range >>

A:Z ( or change to the columns you want included

Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting
New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true:

    =$B1=MAX($B:$B)

    Format… [Number, Font, Border, Fill]
choose the format you would like to apply when the condition is true
    OK >> OK

    I have attached a file
