Please help !!!!Formula to replace the Phrase of column A in Column B

I want to have a formula which should be able to tell me the following.


If Column A has phrese"Jhon and Jimm Went to School" it should replace the entire phrase in column B as "Eva and Innu Went to School"

How do i do this using formula ?
