I am using below formula to get min value from column P,T,W, etc

The formula and results of the above are shown in cell B3:D4.
Now i need the formula in cell B4:D4 to do the same to find the max value from column Q,U,Y, etc.

+1 to get to Column Q
MAX to find the max
