    Formula for serviced vehicle

    Hi All,

I need a formula for checking if the vehicle due for service has come in the following month. For example please check below

    Stage 1
    ---------
Date Customer Vehicle Name Service Due

    1-Sep-14 Mr. ABC MH20 U678 1-Dec-14

    10-Sep-14 Mr. XYZ MH16 I564 10-Dec-14

    20-Sep-14 Mr. LMP MH20 L234 20-Dec-14

    Stage 2
    ---------
Date Customer Vehicle Name Tag(work done on vehicle)

    1-Dec-14 Mr. ABC MH20 U678 Servicing/Mechanical

    10-Dec-14 Mr. XYZ MH16 I564 Denting/Painting

    20-Dec-14 Mr. LMP MH20 L234 Servicing/Painting/Electrical

Now, I want a formula to run on full sheet to detect the vehicle due for service (Stage 1) in the month of December (Stage 2) has come for servicing or not.

If the vechicle has come but not gone for servicing did some mechanical work, the formula should show that it has done mechanical not servicing.

In some situation the work done on a particular vehicle at same time can be (servicing, denting, electrical), i want the formula to pick the servicing word and show the servicing done. We can use Vehicle name to be an unique id.

    Awaiting for reply.

This is not difficult to do. But I am not clear what you want on each sheet. Can you please post your example on an Excel sheet, showing what your result is and WHERE it should be? I am not sure if you want 2 worksheets, or 3....
