    Paste Special> Values should do the trick. If not, then describe what you are doing step by step.

    Hey Chemist!

    I tried Pasting Special > Values but it still copies the space at the end of the word.

    Here are my steps (my original data is a column of names with a single (unwanted) space at the end of each word;

    -Create a new column and call it "Names Trimmed"
    -Enter forumla: =trim( select source cell )
    -My Trimmed cell now displays the name but when I double click on it it shows the trim formula
    -Try to Copy and paste special my trimmed data to another sheet but it wont copy properly.

    The result I want it just to be able to copy & paste the Name (without a space at the end), to a separate sheet.

    Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    The odds are that final space is not a true space (ASCII 32). Sktneer's idea is best. Give us an example spreadsheet.
