sum costs to date & return current dates

Hi

Please see attached work book. I am very grateful for ANY help.

On the maintenance tab are my costs which i incur, some current some future. I need the summary page, column L, to sum up costs to date (will need to be dynamic) for the relevant property.

Also on the Tenancy page, i have records of tenants moving in but as this will be growing, the data will show multiple entries for the same room / property BUT the dates should not clash. I need help completing the summary page to show when the current tenants are due to move out and from which room / property.

I had to change the way you enter some of the data and I had to add a helper column, but let me know if this is what you were trying to accomplish. I highlighted cells in green where there are equations and added some more sample data to make sure everything was flowing through properly.

Thank you, the tenancy part works like a dream, i altered the maintenance costs part as it was summing everything. but THANK YOU for the help
