Hi,
With the Date & Time in A1 (41897.63) and the number of hours (16) in B1 then C1Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
Format C1 as "ddd dd/mm/yy hh:mm"

What's the output you're looking for? Date/time that task is due?
What are "business hours"? 9-5? 6-2? one shift or two?
What about weekends / holidays?
Broadly my approach would be to divide out the number of "whole workdays" and add those to the date, then wrap the remaining hours around the clock, but that all depends on some of your limits.
The SLA's are built on one 8 hour shift to exclude weekends and holdiays
Okay, I've got this for regular hours now I need to adjust for business hours
date/Time Received HOURS ALLOWED Date Due Time Due
