Formula to check for vehicle service done

Hi All,

Please find attached the excel sheet.... I am looking for the formula to run on full sheet to detect the vehicle due has come for servicing or not.

If the vechicle has come but not gone for servicing did some mechanical work, the formula should show that it has done mechanical not servicing.

In some situation the work done on a particular vehicle at same time can be (servicing, denting, electrical), i want the formula to pick the servicing word and show the servicing done. We can use Vehicle name to be an unique id.

Noted.... Thank you...... But the formula isn't working for the entire sheet.....it only apply's to first two rows.....
