Autopopulate based off criteria from another worksheet

Hi all! I'm new to the forum and honestly, new to more complex excel functionality.


I have a large workbook in which one worksheet has a top row of project numbers and below the the project numbers in next row are the status of the projects (active, inactive, audit completed, etc.). I wanted to create a new worksheet where the all the active projects would populate in one column. Is there a way in doing that?
