De-duping based on certain criteria

Hi All,

I am new to these forums and have a de-duping question.

Based on the attached spreadsheet, i want to eliminate all duplicates that match the name of the name that has a priority of 6 next to it. For example rows 2-6 would all be deleted, as well as rows 7-16. However, if is a duplicate that doesn't match a priority of six, but still is a duplicate, i want it to stay in there as in rows 17-19.

I appreciate any help!!

I would be tempted to sort by priority (so that all the priority 6 rows come together) and then de-dupe the remaining rows. You might need to include a 1,2,3 type column if you need to sort back into the original order after doing this.
