Ranking formulas

I am quite the beginner in excel in regards to formulas and was put in charge of making a scorecard for an upcoming competition event.
I was able to cheat my way into getting a ranking formula figured out but its backwards... I need it to ranking highest score in 1st but right now it does highest as last place...
This is what I have:
=IF(B4="","",RIGHT(MID("=1st=2nd=3rd=4th=5th=6th",RANK(B4,$B$4:$B$68,1)*4-3,4),4-(COUNTIF($B$4:$B$68,B4)=1)))

Can someone please help so I don't pull out all my hair?

Also, Is there a way to set it up so the placement of each ranking is moved so its in ascending order?

To reverse the ordering just take out the ,1 from the RANK function, i.e.

=IF(B4="","",RIGHT(MID("=1st=2nd=3rd=4th=5th=6th",RANK(B4,$B$4:$B$68)*4-3,4),4-(COUNTIF($B$4:$B$68,B4)=1)))
