How would I do a what if formula using two sheets ? Would I have to put the data from both sheets on to 1 sheet? How would I do a formula stating if true the original data will show and if false the test data will show up. Any help and suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Hopefully, this will get you headed in the right direction (you didnt give us much to work on lol)
=IF(Sheet1!A1="xxx",Sheet1!A2,Sheet2!A2)
This is saying that if the contents of Sheet1 cell A1 = "xxx" (replace with your own criteria), then use Sheet1 cell A2, otherwise use Sheet2 cell A2
